Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your shopymantra.com account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.
